Our sites are new and have no lead history yet, so we do not promise a weekly or monthly number of leads. If the first leads cost more to produce than planned, we call you to agree a new price before we spend more of your balance.

By email and SMS as soon as the person submits, and into your CRM by webhook if you ask. Every lead also appears in the buyer portal, where you track it from new to won or lost.
We replace or credit a wrong number, fake name, duplicate within 30 days, under-18, out-of-area lead, a person who fails the order form criteria, or one who denies the request. We do not replace a lead because the person changed their mind, chose another firm, was comparing prices or did not buy. We decide within 2 working days and tell you why.
You prepay by card or bank transfer. In the buyer portal you buy packs and top-ups by card through Stripe. Each lead comes off your balance when we deliver it. We tell you when the balance covers 3 leads or fewer.
Yes. Pause for a week or more. Your districts stay locked while you hold a balance.
You and we are separate controllers under UK GDPR. You use a lead only to contact that person about the service they asked for. Health details on dental and home care leads reach you only when the person ticked a separate consent. US leads carry a TrustedForm certificate.
Equity release leads go to one FCA-authorised principal firm under an introducer agreement, and the principal approves every promotion. Dental practices approve every page and advert before launch. On home care we introduce families to providers and do not arrange care.
